Our office is staffed with multi-lingual
personnel and is open to serve your customers
Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You will find our office to be equipped with state-of-the-art
computer and telephone systems. We are fully committed
to incorporating the latest technologies into
our office. This, we feel, allows us to offer
your customers the high level of customized service
that they deserve. Our toll free number is available
for your customers, so they may call for an approximate
time-frame for service if they so desire. We are
fully licensed and insured, certificates of liability
and workers compensation are available on request.
Our employees, both technicians and office staff,
must meet with the highest levels of standards.
We have been in the furniture repair business
for over 40 years doing in-home, in-store furniture
repairs on wood, leather, upholstery and sofa
bed mechanisms. Our service people and office
personnel are committed to the same level of excellence
that you are. Our service people are company employees,
not independents, and their compensation is based
on their completion rate.
Upon receipt a work order, the customer is called
within 2 business days to schedule an appointment.
Service may occur as quickly as the following
day. Customers are scheduled when an adult in
the home accepts the offered dates. Our office
also confirms all appointments prior to the service
date.

availability of service in a given area, call
us. Your customer can be offered the soonest available
date upon receipt of your work order.
We service most of New Jersey, all of Connecticut,
lower Massachusetts and New York up to Sullivan
